Prices
I charge a basic $30 an hour, plus any travel time. Occasionally, I am not able to resolve the problem at your location and I might have to take your computer back to my shop for repair.
Computer service times can vary greatly from one task to the next, making it difficult to quote an exact cost, but I will do my best to estimate the time required to solve your problem. Please call me now, for a free quote!
I will quote firm pricing for larger projects such as complete network setups and installs.

About me
My name is Mike Ross. I am a full time realtor, but have been working on computers since 1986. I spent several years in the computer software industry prior to opening my real estate practice with my wife Margie. I take on computer repair, and smaller networking projects from my home as a side business and to help me stay current in the industry. I will do your project no matter how large or small, and not charge the high hourly rates of other repair shops.
I'm proficient with many software and web applications, and will help you configure, update and train you to use them.
